that includes Downing fumbling and dropping a two point conversion that probably would have won the game. If it hadn't happened and he'd played his best player, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
Of course we're 'stuck' with him for at least two more years and that's the way it should be. I know you're smart enough to realize a coaching switch based on your criteria would be the worst thing we could do right now. As ****ed off as I've been since the game, now that I'm settled down, I can see we have to bet on the come. Especially looking at his recruiting classes.
I don't expect any real progress for about two more years. I'll bet we hover around .500 till then. I wish it wasn't the case but there it is
