there already is a sales tax, property taxes, etc.

The problem with flat taxes is that they tremendously shift the burden to the poor to make up for the really high taxes that the rich pay today.

Now, if they combined a flat tax with a dramatic reduction in spending, that would be fine...but they will not.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
