Alaska, Florida, Nevada, S. Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wyoming. New Hampshire does not tax earned wages (slightly different).

Of those states, New Hampshire has a deficit. Florida and Nevada have a state balanced budget amendment. All of the other states run a surplus with this model.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
