Originally it gave credibility where none was warrented and we recruited at an SEC level. Then Kim proved to be too inadequate and MU started looking for escape goats rather than trying to win, and the program cratered.

But the time period when Fuller was on Kim's staff was undoubtedly the high point of MU basketball since 2014 other than the offseason of 2017, as regretful as that is to admit because it was still pretty terrible.
