Assist Coach that is actually running the program until the contract on CM runs out or he quits. AWESOME This is exactly what is done on the corporate level when you cant fire someone for whatever reason and they are sucking at their job, move their office into the hallway, remove all reports to them, and hire someone they report to that is actually running the department.
