GG as it pertained to the actual shooting.
he was very detailed in all his questions leading up to the point GG got shot. Essentially the prosecutor questioned him up to the point where he was standing about 4-5 feet from KR and put his hands (one of which was holding the gun) in the air. of course he was NOT shot while in the "surrender" position.
then the next video/pics the prosecutor showed and questioned GG on were of GG after he had been shot.
the prosecutor COMPLETELY skipped over the part where GG rushed KR and pointed his handgun at KR's head from about 1 foot or less away.
Of course the denfense oblitered GG on cross and it was only on the re-direct that the prosecutor tried to salvage it by saying the gun was pointed NEAR KR's head but not AT his head.
