He has been posting here for 7 years, if we said the hit rate on his projections was 10% that would be pretty generous and mostly they end up being comically wrong. Which is fine, there is nothing wrong with optimistic projections. But even if in this instance he is correct and MU finishes in the 9-11 range the larger point is that is terrible, whereas he is saying that is fine and on a reasonable path.

The fact that we are arguing about where we might finish anywhere in the 9-14 range means our program is in bad shape.
