tenure should be determined by what happens next year. But he will say that every year.

We are in year five. We know what CM brings to the table at this point. Should we be happy with what he has produced? Thinking we will get something different two or three years down the road is just silly. CM is a known quantity he has four years of work here, six in other P5 schools and three more as a DI coach.
