pandemic and if the covid death numbers are accurate and the WHO studies on the Covid Infection Fatality Rate is accurate then the vast majority of people (85%+) should already have naturally gotten immunity from having been infected with Covid and recovering therefrom.

I think we all know that the Covid deaths are inflated, but even so we should be getting close enough to herd immunity to slow down the spread and severity from last year significantly. That is especially true if the vaccines have any value given that more than half of the populace is fully vaccinated and a significant chunk in addition to that are partially vaccinated. That is true even if the vaccines aren't nearly as effective as they have been pretending.
