why I don't take over the counter drugs for all kinds of little things.

I would rather not take any unnatural chemicals into my body if I don't have to.

A friend just recovered from covid. He had a fever that got to 103.x. He said that he was icing himself down and getting meat out of the freezer to put on him and it dropped his temp to acceptable levels.
