factor to why Sterk isn't our AD anymore. I don't think by any normal measurements Cuonzo has done a heck of a job, and all indications and quotes around Sterk's replacement process seem to point to a desire to see people actually do an outstanding job and not just pretend like they are.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
