What if the team is better than 500 in conference, CM gets extension?
What if the team is 500 or slightly below, CM gets an extension
What if the team loses twice as many as they win in conference, CM gets an extension?
Seems to be the overall plan I hear over and over. Stability is all that counts, wins and loses mean nothing?
