can be played with a bunch of guys that out work, hustle and wear you down by the second half. They don't really have to have a ton of experience together IMO. Just be in excellent shape, buy into his philosophy and then run the other team out of the gym.

I don't think CM runs a system that is conducive to getting 31 wins without extended time together as a team. First we would have to have an awesome incoming freshmen class. Its possible but unlikely as good as 08. And second I'm doubtful there is anyone that is a Lyons or Carroll caliber player coming in as one of the transfers. Kobe and Picket are not.
