The school that had him under contract made no effort to retain him. I would say that is very consequential. When Frank Haith left how much effort was made to retain him? Why was that?

CBB is just like every other sport, the good ol boys network continues to recycle the same tired coaches despite their mediocre histories.

CM was hired because we mistakenly believed that he would have a better shot at AA and STL area recruits. We now know that was a false hope.

He is a defense first coach whose teams don't play defense and have never played offense.
