Consistently recruit and consistently win. In four years he not only has not built a program but he has not even created the ground floor for a program.

Coming off year four we are in total rebuild mode, that is acceptable if year four was wildly successful and you are replacing players who left early for the NBA. We were middle of the pack year four and not only did we not have anyone leave early for the NBA but none of our graduating seniors are getting a sniff from them. If you cannot regularly send players to the NBA recruits are never going to come here. Something we are already seeing.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
