desire to be anything but mediocre. He is not working to make this program better, he has publicly stated that he has all the money he needs and Mizzou can fire him if they wish. Those are not the words of a coach that is driven to win. Those are the words of a couch who is very content with the status quo and has no intention of making changes to his program.

You seem to believe this is perfectly fine. I believe someone making $3M a year to coach a kids sport should be fighting to make his program the best it can be.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
