I would actually prefer someone who has proven to be a winner at some point in his career. At which stop was CM a winner? Tennessee where he won 61% of his games, went to the tourney once in three years but did actually win a couple of games? That is he best so so far, but would you call that successful?
Mediocre is the best way to describe every single head choosing tenure.
