I noted that she is a heretic, and hence not a reliable source for telling people how they should live their lives.

You provided a link to the ELCA, a heretical organization, as an expert authority to back up the original woman's heretical beliefs.

I am saying that using a heretical organization as a reference to back up a heretic really doesn't cut it.
