actual cells that were inside the aborted baby are not used.

The cells were reproduced. The originals that were part of the baby, long dead. The cells they use are "copies" in a sense.

Morally, I don't see how it is any different that accepting an organ donation from a murder victim. In either case, the doctors did not abort the baby, nor murder the person to harvest the cells/organs. Someone else is responsible for that.
