want the legislature in their business then they should figure out a funding system that does not use tax money from the state.

Pfizer was a ridiculous example. They have government contracts and if they act in a way with which the government disagrees with they can pull those contracts. The government is a customer of Pfizer. The state of Missouri is not a customer of MSHSAA. Pulling funding is the only control they have over them.
