That doesn't give Biden the right to pick their board. Presumably Pfizer uses those tax dollars to pay other entities for supplies, expenses, etc. The US Govt doesn't have the right to choose their boards, either.

MSHSAA is a private nonprofit. Just because its member schools receive tax dollars doesn't give the GA the right to run MSHSAA. If you have a problem with your tax dollars going to MSHSAA, perhaps yiu should contact your local school district.
