just run as a free enterprise vs government force...and you will be able to have options because there will be competition..and the costs of failure will be much less.

The generalities have been explained many times on here...I used to want every little detail as well and went down many strawman/irrelevant branches to waste a ton of time that accomplished very little.

I also understand that this system is not going to change anytime soon, nor fast, so it is mostly discussion at this point, but gaining at least some appreciation and having an open mind for alternatives is a big step.
