You do your due diligence, because you know EVERYTHING about food, medicine, automobiles, clothing, airlines, electricity, plumbing, and construction.

You check out every purchase you make and then voluntarily enter into an agreement with the provider who offers the best, the safest and the most affordable product for you.

Do restaurant manager object to your examining their kitchens before you order? How long does that take?
