“If a food producer allows parasites and toxins in his product, does the unwitting purchaser enter in to a voluntary relationship to purchase the poison?”
No, that would be fraud and an infringement against the customer’s property rights of both body and money. Any business engaging in these practices wouldn’t be in business long.
“So it's ok? Caveat emptor?”
No, it’s not ok
Is the patient of a medical doctor entering into a voluntary relationship with the surgeon to remove his appendix?”
Yes
”No one has the right to infringe on the rights of others, but those rights don't include the right to be served at a restaurant or the right to be told the truth about the product or the price of a purchase.”
