proven, it would take some form of sting. Something that was set up from the start, with law enforcement and state knowledge, that could conclusively point to fraud. And as I said at the time, I don't think this is it. But it is the type of thing that would need to happen if you were ever going to prove there was fraud.

Much like the stimulus I never supported but you lied about for months, this seems to befuddle you.
