The issue is whether you can point to enough that it would have changed the outcome of the election. Even the WI State Supreme Court had a majority of justices agree there were significant issues. But the one justice said it should have been raised at the time of the noted irregularities (a silly rationale) and gave the court the 4-3 majority not to look into it.
