I feel frustration with election laws

I recently had a very terse phone call with my State Assembly rep as I had written her several times asking what was being done to address all the issues we have found deficient in the voting system as voting laws are the responsibility of the state. Having heard nothing in the past exchanges I had let her know I would take that as my response as to her true concern with the matter.

Within a day the phone rang and she desired dialog. I asked what took so long on an issue of such importance. She had no response. I let her know I would be watching her actions, not her frantic words. She asked if she still had my support. I let her know that was completely in her hands at this point, but my eyes and my check book would be watching closely. I hope others are applying similar pressure, but I fear too many simply wish to sit back a complain why things don't get done.
