aspects of life to secure and safeguard things of value. I did not wait until I was attacked to buy guns. The local schools and businesses did not wait until they were burglarized to put in security systems, or to upgrade those systems when better means come along.

Why would you wait to protect things of such value when it can be done so easily and in ways already being uses to protect things of lesser value?
