Motion system. He doesn’t have the strength to get to the rim and finish consistently at the P6 level. There is no offense that can compensate. Pinson would be at his best looking to get others involved by driving and dishing or kicking it out. But he wants to be a score first guard.

Until he accepts what he is as a player and not what he wants to be he will not be a consistently productive player.
