My criticism of him is two-fold

He IS inconsistent. If one shows as many flashes of pretty amazing play then that indicates it is there if you develop it and that requires a lot of discipline and work. I like Xavier but his running off from Martin's program shows either that he thinks he can keep doing what he is doing - and not putting in the grunt work and still rise - or again, what is going on in a locker room where pretty much your starting five (save Tilmon) see greener pastures.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
