to not bust their asses with discipline and WORK and still get to the next level. And Pinson's inconsistent play in D-1 ball for two years reveals to me a lack of the work required. He can run off somewhere and likely do what he did here - flashes of brilliance with long droughts of being just adequate.

Again the idea of dancing with who brung ya seems lost.
