refused to give clear, unambiguous answers to questions posed to you which are pertinant to the topic at hand is one of your tactics. It is a way for you to try and wriggle out of positions you have taken in the past and to detail what your beliefs would be in concrete situations.

Then you pretend not to have taken some of those positions or that they aren't really what you believe... even as you refuse to state or restate them in the context of other situations.
