appreciate the help from someone as bright as you are.

DH posted about not having the precise definition of war.

Matt told him to read fed 69. Why would matt tell him to read fed 69 for the precise definition of war if the precise definition of war is not defined in fed 69?

You may see why i am confused. Can you help me to understand or will you and the hyenas be satisfied to just call names as usual?
