the precise definition of war.
I read it. Didn't see it. Now, I have trouble with words as you have been kind enough to point on on multiple occasions this morning.
But for the life of me i cannot discern the precise definition of war from reading fed 69. Rather it contrasts the roles, responsibilities and obligations of a president with that of the king of england. And while war in MENTIONED, it is not defined at all, certainly not precisely as you suggested to highlander.
Can you help me with this? Or maybe swamprat can. He said he is always reading and willing to help me.
When i last brought this up a bunch of hyenas attacked my post with vague postings like:

lmao, from The Idiot
lol, cookie, from heifer.
As well as several equal banal posts calling names but neither defending your point nor attacking mine.
You may certainly call them out again for an encore on this post.
Or failing that, correct me by showing me where in fed 69 the precise definition or war can be found.
