public good. Obviously if lawyers get paid a lot, they are important. Hence, why it is in the interest of the public good to rein in those costs and increase access for all people.
The new single payer lawyer system will essentially make all lawyers agents of the states. There will be set and capped rates for certain actions. There will no longer be any contingency fees. Lawyers will have no choice but to accept prospective clients that are directed to them by the National Law Department.
