and wings. Went to a local bar/restaurant chain down the street (Memphis area). Upon walking in I had to be read the "rules" by the hostess. When I had to wear the mask and could take it off, how long I was allowed to sit there, had to order food with the drink, paths to the bathroom, which door to leave out of, etc. I almost said "you know what, I'm good, will just order something to go".
Place was mostly empty at what used to be a prime eating/drinking hour and always packed. This is of course not their fault, it's being forced upon them by the health department and if they are caught not complying, they'll be shut down for 2 weeks.
I don't see how bars/restaurants are going to survive this in spots where the health department is forcing them to operate with both hands tied behind their back and making it a pain in the ass to just go out to eat/drink.
