What do union leaders dictate to me? My curriculum is

dictated by district policy with no union input. My pay and working conditions are set by board policy which does include collective bargaining but is constrained by state law and district policy.

Outside of Chicago, NY and California teachers' unions are pretty meaningless.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
