after year I am told the vast majority of teachers are being held hostage by their leadership. Well, either fix that or admit as a group the vast majority of teachers are passive, ineffective victims who allow a small group to make them look this bad time and time again.

I don't say this to sound snarky or mean. But at some point people choose to solve problems or to be subject to them.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
