Missouri is 38.7 median age: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_and_territories_by_median_age

Either of those would fall into the middle of the CDC's 20-49 age bracket above, which has a .0002 infection fatality rate = .02%. I am using an estimate 12 times larger than the CDC's estimate for that median age level bracket.
