Herd immunity through a combination of vaccine and infections. And the higher we get, the more new cases will fizzle.

Interestingly on the Diamond Princess ship the virus had about 20% infection rate with people in close quarters. A lot of places are dealing with their version of NYC in March now, so hopefully we'll start seeing some tail off soon.
