vs a law against a victimless crime. Those for drug laws, want to do so to prevent all the "problems" that come with it. If usage was sky high, but nobody was hurt or impacted by it, it wouldn't be illegal in the first place. Usage is a horrible metric.
So I ask you, why SHOULD marijuana be illegal? The answer to that question is the metric you should use to see if it's "working".
