Italy, Spain, New York, New Jersey. All got hit hard with the virus then locked down after it was too late. We'll add Sweden to this as they never locked down.
Specifically focus on the "daily deaths" graph. Notice any similarities? Looks to me like this virus is doing what viruses do. Attack the weak if they are left unprotected then spread to the general population, eventually creating a degree of herd immunity and running out of vulnerable people to kill. I bet if we look at Arizona, Texas, and Florida in 3 months, their graphs will look similar. Just shifted ahead a couple months.
