Jan. 3, because those subpoenas die when the Congress that issued them is replaced by the next Congress.

The NY subpoena is much more dangerous because it survives, and it is in a potentially criminal proceeding.

My prediction: After Trump leaves the Presidency, whether in 2021 or 2025, he will be indicted by a state court grand jury somewhere, probably multiple places. They may be bull**** indictments, but they will happen.
