was mistaken. He actually won them both, though both victories are interim. Both cases are remanded to the trial court to consider issues that they did not consider first time around.

The Congressional subpoena case, in particular, is a very good opinion. It reaffirms the importance of the doctrine of separation of powers, which is one of the fundamental pillars on which our country stands. Good to see even the left-wing judges joining in that opinion.
