basically said that he didn't have any special blanket immunity just because he was president. In the Vance case, Trump has the opportunity to avoid the subpoena based on normal legal grounds that any summonsed individual would have available. In Mazars, the court found that the lower court needs to test whether Congress' request is too broad.

Either way, Trump got to run out the clock a bit, which is helpful to him.
