Resisting arrest would also be a crime, but that has been disputed by some there. The camera footage we've seen doesn't clearly document it, if it happened.

I read that he had been stumbling a bit & also that he fell/stumbled/dropped to the ground when asked to get into the cop car. I think Chauvin interpreted that as resisting arrest.
