We saw what 2015 will do to a team. It will do that to any team in the nation. The team that wins will be the one guided towards winning and not getting sidetracked with all the distractions right now. If someone on the team wants to bring focus to social issues, dismiss them so that they can achieve their dreams in doing so without the interference of football. As a coach you'd be holding that young man back from being all he can be by demanding he attempt to balance that with football.
