Years back friends were camping on federal camp grounds out west when a slew of well-dressed men showed up to shoo them away as it were, to break up their campsite, ordering them to move along. Shortly thereafter, Jim Baker, chief of staff for Poppy shows up to enjoy the site. My friends were pretty staggered.
