DoJ simply submitted the standard motion for situations where they discover that the case lacks any factual basis. The release of the Flynn - Kislyak call transcripts confirm there never was any basis to investigate Flynn, which makes the charges moot. The transcripts also provide evidence of malfeasance on the part of the Mueller SC prosecution team. The transcripts are entirely exculpatory. Mueller lied about what Flynn said, but Flynn didn't lie to the FBI. It was a sham prosecution and Sullivan has no authority to resist the DOJ motion to dismiss.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
