Sullivan doesn't have the authority to continue the case after the litigants have agreed to drop it. Wilkinson wants more time for Sullivan to wait for his appointed AC to weigh in with an expected recommendation to deny the DOJ brief dropping the case. Just drag it out as long as possible. The thing is, Flynn has already been exonerated, as surely as Mueller exonerated Trump and there is no more there, there.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
